Returns 

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:  

We accept returns for unused and unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging. 

Damaged or defective items may be returned for a replacement or refund. 

1.2 Timeframe for Returns:  

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. 

1.3 Return Procedure:

Provide your order number, detailed information about the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return. 

1.4 Return Authorisation:  

Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) if applicable. 

Include the RA number prominently on the return package.  

1.5 Return Shipping: 

If the return is due to an error on our part or if you received a defective product, we will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. 

For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

1.6 Restocking Fee for Direct Orders: 

A restocking fee may apply to direct orders (orders sent directly from suppliers). This fee will be communicated to you during the return authorization process. 

Refunds 

2.1 Refund Process:  

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, the refund will be processed promptly. 

2.2 Refund Method for Trade Accounts:  

Customers with trade accounts will have refunds applied against their account for future purchases. 

2.3 Refund Method for Other Accounts:  

For customers without trade accounts, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 working days depending on your bank or building society. 

2.4 Late or Missing Refunds: 

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account.

Exchanges 

3.1 Product Exchanges:

Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations: 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
