We are happy to accept returns as long as the product provided is returned in a re-sellable condition, please make sure it is in it's original box with all accessories.
Special Order Products
All goods that are special ordered to a customer specification are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable unless the supplier will agree there return. For which they may charge a re-stocking or handling charge.
Can I return an item / cancel a delivery?
Yes, we’ll be pleased to take back any items that are in a resellable condition within 28 days of purchase.
You can either:
- Return it to your local branch with proof of purchase
The return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster) will not be accepted.
*Please note that our minimum charge for this collection service is 25% of the order value and may be more depending on your location and product type. Once the products have been returned, you will be refunded within 7 days.
Will I receive a re-stocking charge?
If we do accept a return of the Products, they must be returned in their original condition within 28 days of the date of delivery to you. You’ll be responsible for returning the Products to us at your own cost and we may deduct a restocking charge from the amount of your refund.
How do I return a faulty or damaged product?
We'll be pleased to give you a refund or exchange if you tell us about the problem within 28 days of delivery.
