Where is Order confirmation?
The order confirmation is emailed to you. If you haven't received it then please check your Spam/Junk folder.
The 'My account' section of the website is designed to give you 24/7 access to your account details. This includes all your invoices, statements, payment terms and much much more.
Is there a re-stocking fee?
While every effort will be made not to charge a re-stocking fee, occasionally this will be unavoidable.
The quote builder is a unique tool that gives you the opportunity to save, send, amend and specify quotes. It also allows you to add your labour cost and VAT. Manage your quotes from your own quote builder portal.
We accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard. We are very sorry but we do not accept American Express.
I have requested a refund, how long will this take
Your refund will show back in your bank within 3-5 working days.
Click & Collect
When collecting your order please ensure that you have your order confirmation email either printed or on your phone. If a third party collects goods on your behalf (including your employees) they must have a copy of the order confirmation email either printed or on their phone. If a copy cannot be provided we may need to contact you by telephone to confirm that the goods can be released to the third party collecting on your behalf. Please note that goods will not be released to non-approved collection or courier companies.

I Cannot Choose The Delivery Option
If you are struggling to choose the delivery option it could be one of 2 reasons. Check the postcode is entered in the correct format i.e. TQ2 7BD not TQ27BD a space is required between the numbers. Or you are trying to choose a delivery postcode outside of our delivery area.
